For your safety, we've converted the fireplace into an electric unit. You may turn it on and off by voice "Alexa, turn on the Golden fireplace".

There is also a small "smart button" switch that you can use to turn on and off the fireplace. Simply press the button.

To receive ambient heating, first open the doors and then press either LOW or both of the heat buttons down to activate. Do not operate heat with doors closed and please limit ambient heat to 3 hours to prevent malfunction. Please return the switches to the UP position when turning off heat.

Note: the fireplace is NOT expected to produce primary heat, but should be turned off when not in the home.
