If it's REALLY sticky out, we have a portable A/C that can be used upstairs (typically in the Living Room or the Master). 

You'll find this in the Twin Room closet (the rolling portable A/C & the blue Ikea bag of accessories to make it work)

1. Bring the A/C to where you want it to cool down (Living room screen next to the arch lamp) or master bedroom

2. Connect the hose to the back of the unit by  first pushing in and then turning clockwise

3. Connect the other end of the hose to the plexiglass window bracket

4. Remove the screen from the window 

5. Insert the window bracket in the opened window to keep bugs from entering

6. The portable A/C is now ready to use
